The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Safety
Never burn a candle out of sight. Keep away from flammable objects. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not burn a candle for more than 4 hours at at time to avoid heat danger.
Reuse:
Once the wax has burned from the candle as much as possible you can carefully pour boiling water into the container. Let it sit for about an hour until the water has cooled and most of that leftover wax will be floating at the top. Easy to remove! Then just wash out any leftover residue and remove what’s left of the wick. Ready to repurpose!
Return Policy
We will accept a return if the candle has not been burned and is returned to us in the original condition that it was purchased in and sent back within 21 days from the date of delivery. We do not cover shipping charges for returned candles.
Candle Burning Instructions
Always burn within sight! The first burn should be the longest, make sure the top layer of wax has melted from edge to edge to prevent tunneling.
